• Order Processing & Time Processing Time: All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or festivals.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp with your order details and Order ID. Note: Larger furniture items may require additional time for processing, especially during peak seasons.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping charges (if required for orders below 10K) and estimated delivery times for your furniture order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: Maximum 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Please allow extra time for rural or remote areas.

• Assembly Services For larger furniture items, we offer free installation. This service includes unpacking, assembly, and placement in your room of choice.

• Shipping Restrictions: We currently deliver within Bangalore only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the nature of our furniture products.

• Delivery Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a call from delivery agent at least an hour prior to reaching the location to monitor your shipment and delivery.

• Damaged or Missing Items: We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or in unusable condition, please document the damage with photos. Contact us immediately at 7543019983. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement, or other solutions.

• Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning furniture items.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Magicbeans is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to your order. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer.
